Project Life App 2018: Weeks 23 - 26
Tuesday, September 4, 2018
Today I'm sharing June's Project Life App pages.
Week 23
Week 24 - I'm pretty sure I will never get tired of the Oh My Heart kit :)
I combined part of week 26 with week 25 because we were at Disney from June 28 - July 3 for Toy Story land opening. Sometimes I get creative with my "weeks" to make the pages flow a little better. I think all of these cards are from the Salsa kit. It's so bright and pretty!
Then I did a quick one page layout about our trip. I have a Disney album where I make 12x12's about my favorite pictures. We are annual pass holders and go often so I have plenty of photos!

Project Life App 2018: Weeks 19-22
Friday, August 24, 2018
There's nothing like a good old fashioned Project Life update. We all start out so strong at the beginning of the year... but then life happens and before you know it, it's been 2 months since you did a layout.
I still love doing a one page layout for each week in the Project Life App.
I mix and match cards from multiple kits just like I did when I was doing physical Project Life.
It's so easy to go through and add my photos, then cards, then journaling.

Project Life App 2018: Weeks 14 - 18
Monday, May 21, 2018
New layouts! I meant to hit "publish" on this post a while ago but forgot. This method of one page in the PL App every week is still working for me!
Week 14
Week 15 - I love the colors in this week!
I again did a quick recap of our Disney trip. We did so many fun things that it was more difficult to narrow down the pics this time! I did a few Instagram stories and used several in this layout - they already have the place and what we're doing so that cut down on journaling and allowed me to include more pics!
Week 16
Week 17 - really all we did was work and go to Busch Gardens!
Week 18 - Walmart Pickup came into my life. OMG. Please use my link and save yourself $10 (and gift me $10). You'll thank me later!! I was also invited to share my scrapbooking story over on Crafty Julie's blog!
That's about it. I'll be sharing May PL App pages soon!

Project Life App 2018: Weeks 9-13
Wednesday, April 25, 2018
I've got weeks 9-13 to show you today. I just had several weeks printed (I always order from Persnickety Prints) and put them in my album today.
I'm continuing to add a monthly recap of the books I've read each month and love keeping up with it this week (vs. doing a card each week). I used a few Amy Tangerine cards on this layout.
This week turned out bright and pretty and I used some screenshots to document the week.
We spent the weekend in Gatlinburg, TN for our 7th anniversary. We stayed at hotel within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg. We went to some Ripley's attractions and to the Melting Pot restaurant.
And this is the week I downloaded the Oh My Heart All-in-One card kit. Be prepared for it to take over the rest of my 2018 album (just kidding... sort of ha!). I also used the Project 12 March kit.
I mean, seriously - could the Oh My Heart all-in-one kit be any prettier?!This was the game changing week for me - the week that freeform text came to the app! OMG! I LOVE IT! I added words to the "make a wish" card and "happy Easter" to the Easter egg card. I used an Instagram stories screenshot to document our day trip to Dollywood,

Project Life App 2018: Weeks 5-8

Still up to date (woo hoo!) with Project Life for 2018. I'm doing a weekly page with inserts and random 12x12s as I want to make them.
Week 5: I'm going to include a monthly reading list at the end of each month and plan to use this "Currently Reading" journaling card each time.
We took advantage of some time off work to go to our second home (haha). As I've mentioned before, I will also create 12x12s for my Disney album. Last year I started doing quick recaps of these trips in my Project Life and it's still working for me.

Project Life: Weeks 47-52
Friday, February 9, 2018
I'm caught up and finished with Project Life 2017. I ordered my 12x12 prints through Persnickety Prints and put them in my album. I love this method!
We decided that our Christmas present to each other would be a trip to Disney and Universal (gotta get our money's worth on those annual passes!) so we left on Black Friday and spent a few days in Orlando. I like to do these quick trip recap pages and then make 12x12's about some photos.
Since I do December Daily, my December pages are a bit of a repeat, but they're super easy to document. I mostly just chose my favorite photos from each week and then popped them into the app. My PL album would feel incomplete if I didn't have pages for December.
I cannot resist some of these older Studio Calico sets that are showing up in the PL App these days... they're only 99 cents! I've always loved that "my brain has too many tabs open" card.
I usually wait until the end of the year to make my cover page, and I *love* this year's page!! I stole this idea from someone in a Facebook group. I chose photos that represented what we did in 2017 - lots of travel and adventures!

Project Life 2017: Weeks 41-46
Wednesday, February 7, 2018
Today I've got a few more pages of Project Life 2017 to share with you. I'm so close to being done with 2017! Have I mentioned how much I love this method of memory keeping?
We took a vacation this week and went to Universal Orlando so we could attend Halloween Horror Nights. I have been a scaredy cat about going to this event for years, but I'm actually glad we went now. We had a blast and I would totally go again.
This page will be cut in half and put into a 6"x12" insert with the Universal stuff on the front, and Disney stuff on the back.

Disney recap:

Week 43 has some private journaling that I'm not sharing here on the inter webs. But it's still a pretty page :)
We went camping in Pigeon Forge and saw Dolly Parton at Dollywood!!! WHAT?! This page will be cut in half to make a 6" x 12" insert.

Project Life App 2018: Weeks 1-4
Friday, February 2, 2018
I loved using the Project Life app last year so much that I'm continuing in the same manner this year. One page per week. I had time to do so many 12x12s last year because the app frees up a lot of time for me. Have you tried it yet?
This year I'm using the Everyday PL card collection for my title cards. UNLESS I like the Project 52 Rad collection ones better (whenever they get to the app. I haven't seen them so I don't know if I like them or not). Last year I used a collection with a grayer background and I like this white based kit much better.
The goal is to weed thru my pics every week and then make the page right then. So far, so good. I wasn't super diligent about this last year and got "behind".
When I have a lot to document during the week, I use a "round up" card... I have several things listed on the pink Agenda card on the bottom row.
How are you documenting every day life in 2018?
