Project Life 2014 - Done!

Monday, January 19, 2015

I wrapped up Project Life 2014 and made my title and end pages. I ended up with 35 two page spreads and 5 inserts for 2014. I found some of the Coral kit front and back page cards. I also used some of those Coral cards I spruced up last year. Would you believe I put them in a storage container and forgot to use them? Ha!

I was very glad to finally glue down those "2014" wood veneers. I have literally been moving them around my workspace for a year. Ridiculous.

Are you doing Project Life in 2015? I haven't decided how/what I'm doing yet. I need something to spice it up a little. Give me some suggestions!

I love reading each and every comment! Be sure to keep up with me on Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook!

  1. Great use of those fun cards, Emily! I'm hoping to get my December pages done this week and as for 2015, I'm like you, wanting to switch things up but only have a few vague ideas. I'm sure your pages will look fab and I can't wait to see! :)

  4. Well done and that has to feel good to have it all finished up :) I like that you had each week on one page, really cuts down on the amount and hopefully it all fit one album then :) I've still got my Dec Daily to finish up (plans for doing it this weekend :) Looking forward to seeing what you do next year :)

    1. It really does, Tina. I think I'm going to do monthly PL layouts this year.

  6. Congratulations on finishing 2014! I still have to complete my last page and a road trip from Sep/Oct. I haven't started 2015 yet, but have my pictures ready to print. I usually do 2 weeks - 1 month at a time, so I'm not really behind in my world.

I don't have any advice on changing it up for 2015. I usually only keep to the rule of one album for each year which is why I can't imagine using a smaller album. My PL is by no means "designer-y". I don't coordinate themes or colors. I mix up months and weeks in the same layout and don't necessarily put the pictures and journaling in exact chronological order. It's messy, like me! However, I love to look back and see what I was doing a few years ago because I'm almost 50 and everything just blends together after a few years. I'm also working backwards and plan to work on 2010 this weekend at a crop.
